PRODUCT
INFO
For Wedding related questions, please see
Wedding FAQ.
Are your products all made
in-house? Yes. We bake our
own cakes, desserts, and cookies from scratch and make
our own chocolates.
What products do
you offer?
We offer everything from Cakes, Cupcakes, Cookies,
Chocolates, Brownies, Truffles, Pies, to Pastries.
We are a full service bakery with a retail store and
have a full wedding cake and favor offering. We can add customization with full color computer
imaging decoration to cakes, cookies, and chocolates.
We also have other customized product available such as
impressed cookies and brownies with custom labels and
mint tins with no stickers. Our latest product is
our Gourmet Dog Biscuit Treats!
Do you
offer custom shaped cookies?
Yes. But it does depend on the shape. We're
committed to maintaining our reputation for quality
product and execution so there will be times where we
will turn down an order if we feel there will be a high
breakage rate during shipping.
Do I need
to order extras when ordering favors?
No. We do not require or ask you to order extras
for any "just in cases". In the last 15 years we've been selling
Photo Cookies, our breakage rate is less than 1%! But by chance you get that one
broken piece, we guarantee shipment and will ship you
new ones immediately.
How do you print your
images on? On our cookies
and cakes, we use our
internally developed direct imprint process. We can print directly on the
icing or directly on the cookie itself. No rice paper is
used! You will not taste any strange texture on the
cookie. Our image will not bleed or fade, and will not
peel off during shipping. We print directly on our cakes
too. On our chocolates, because
real chocolate itself does not absorb water, we print
directly on transfers and the transfers melts right away
with the chocolate when eaten.
Are all your products
edible? Yes. We print using FDA approved food coloring
so all of our cakes, cookies, chocolates, and desserts are
edible.
Is there a minimum order required?
For our favor items, most of the minimum order is 24 units.
What is the shelf life
of your products?
Cookie Greetings: 8 weeks Oct - Mar
and 4 weeks April -September. Cookie Emblems: 4 weeks Impressed Cookies:
2 weeks Foto Cocoa:
Chocolate itself has a shelf life up to 6 months.
But because of food coloring, color might slightly
change after 1 month. Brownies:

consumption

order?

from U.S. to Canada. Some of the specialty shaped cookies
cannot be shipped due to breakage concerns. We cannot ship
cakes, cupcakes, pies, and other desserts.
Can I get samples?
