The cookies were a great hit at the Probate Court Reception!  Everyone loved the idea of saying thank you with a cookie!  The logo looked great and they really put a smile on everyone's face!  I hear that they are buttery good!!!  The crowd loved them, my program chair loved them, I loved them and the planners in my department loved them!!!

I’m a tough cookie (pun intended) when it comes to service level expectations and rarely find service that is worthy of special recognition, but you definitely deserve it.  We received the cookies this morning.  We checked every cookie and there was not one broken or even a tiny bit of cracked icing – truly amazing!  The outer box was a bit crushed so I took pictures of it before I opened it, but inside all the cookies were safe.  We just sampled one of the perfect cookies, and it is incredibly delicious!  In addition to the unbroken, yummy cookies, the turnaround time, responsiveness, price, and quality of the logo were quite impressive.  You are now our top custom cookie vendor! - Missy Koutsobinas, Meetings & Events Manager / Friedkin Business Services/Gulf States Toyota, Inc.

The cake was wonderful, it was all that I had ever imagined and more. As for the taste of the cake it was amazing people went back for 2nd's and 3rd's, raving about the cake the whole time. We will have pictures with the cake shortly the photographer is almost done with them. The entire time on our trip Shaun debated about going back to your shop to order cupcakes with the Mango mousse just so he could have some more. Just wanted you to know that the cookies were a Big Hit at the Grand Geneva Resort in Wisconsin. The banquet manager had never seen them, and he took your information. I think he will be calling, as his own daughter is getting married...but also, you could do some good business with the resort. I would like to THANK YOU for your amazing cakes and service!  My son's 6th Birthday was last weekend, and I called the day before his birthday party to ask Freedom Bakery for a cake. Not only were you able to accommodate my request, it was BY FAR the most delicious cake I have ever tasted and his photo on the front was adorable! All our guests were raving about how cute the cake was, and when they tasted it, they were in heaven!!! I thought it was a little pricy when I ordered it, but it was 1000% worth every penny--I will never order cake from anywhere else again!

I should say, I am NOT a dessert lover, but this cake may have made me one! We ordered the dark chocolate cake with fresh strawberry filling and whipped cream frosting and it was simply amazing.

The cake was fantastic!  Your red velvet reminded me and my matron of honor of the red velvet at Fred 62 in Los Angeles.  It was amazing!  I happily hid in a corner with my slice of red velvet enjoying every bite.  Delicious!  Looking forward to our next celebration so that we can have it again.  The buttercream and red fondant "ribbon" were stunning.  Our photographer got a photo of it and I can't wait to pass it along!  You were so great to work with!
