Our delicious Photo Cookies are all hand cut and iced, and in a variety of shortbread flavors. Our proprietary machine allows for a true direct imprint process with FDA approved food coloring. We do not use any rice paper or transfers on our Photo Cookies.  This also means you and your guests will not get any starchy taste or texture from the cookie.  Your brand will also not risk any chances of peeling off from the cookie.  Our chocolates are all made with 100% Belgian Chocolate.  We don’t expect you to order extras for any “just in cases”.  We understand the importance of time, budget, and delivery.

If we felt there were any chances of high breakage or unrealistic expectations for any custom projects, we will not accept the order. You don’t need to worry about big projects with us. Your products will have the same consistency from the first to the 20,000th.  The presentation and taste of our product is a representation of your company.  These are all factors we know your company event can’t afford to risk.

• Any business card or marketing material inclusion ~ simply mail us whatever flyers you want us to include in any gift sets or sets of shipments. We will make sure each of your requested package will have your message in it.
   

• Drop/Split ship to any of your multiple locations ~ provide us with an excel file of the addresses you want the shipments to go out to. We will sort and ship multiple packages to multiple locations, even at multiple dates if needed.
   

• Pre-pay bulk pricing ~ give us the total quantities and estimated dates of the project or event you want to use our products for. For an extended period of time (usually 6-12months), you pay the volume discounted pricing of the total quantity. We will ship out the individual orders as you need it. All orders must be of same image and design.
   

• Custom projects ~ don’t see what you’re looking for in our product selections? Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll provide you with free logistic and pricing quote.  If it's edible gifts and favor ideas you're thinking about, we can help with ideas!

We offer free cake tasting and consultations for local events (Greater Bay Area and Monterey Bay).  If you have an event and want to have a nice cake presentation from sheet cakes to stacked cakes, we invite you to visit our store!  We can also work with you on shipping out samples (depending on selection) if you are not local to us but planning an event here.
